Holly and her team did a whole house renovation for us that included a full kitchen remodel, drywall work and replacing tile floors with hardwood. Her quotes were competitive and she was always quick to respond to any problems, even after five years of completing the project. We are very happy with the results. I would also commend her on running a woman-owned business in an all-male world of building contractors.
Holly is unprofessional!!! To call my husband unskilled because he injured his foot and was unable to work is very unprofessional!! I pray nothing bad happens to her and her company cause I'm gna make sure her unprofessional skills is made known!! Very rude!! Karma will come around treat others bad it'll come back to you 10x harder. 🤘🏼
Habitation, Holly Arroyo and her foreman Jose were awesome. I’ve had my house re-piped, plumbing fixtures replaced and they do maintenance issues too big for me. Holly is very easy to work with and prices are reasonable. Jose went above and beyond the scope of work. He also pointed out some potential future problems. Those issues were minor and I addressed them myself. I’ve had a warranty issue on my roof taken care of very quickly at no additional cost. I highly recommend Habitation Inc.
Buyer beware. We purchased a flipped home from Holly three years ago and have found so many poor quality issues and have spent over $5000 fixing problems in a "completely renovated home" and continue to have to spend money. It is risky buying a flipped home or trusting a contractor to flip your purchase. Please get several inspections and watch this lady like a hawk. She has many excuses (shes good at that) and she has difficulty keeping her word. Be very cautious and diligent.
Rachel purchased a renovated home from us that was built in 1939. We had done the typical paint, flooring, bathrooms and kitchen. We did not do the roof or look at the foundation. She did have a full independent home inspection which revealed no issues. Some 2+ years later she reached out to me with her concerns.
