From the front desk staff, the technician and the doctor, they could not have been more helpful and kind. The doctor knows he has big shoes to fill after Dr. Carsen but he is well on his way in filling them. Dogs are all checked out! They got an A plus for their check up. Calm and ready to go for a walk.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Habitat. We were visiting Sun Valley for the summer and while we were here our dog got sick and we found out that it was terminal cancer. Dr Cleveland was very caring, and compassionate. He spent the time to answer all of my questions, talk about all options and really listen. She was given several medications and he was available by phone when questions came up and I felt like he spent the time to make sure that I understood everything. Our dog was not well and we did not know if he was going to end up needing emergency care. Even though they were booked, they were able to find a way to work him in. We are so grateful for the help given and the care shown toward us and our dog Eddie.
