I've been going to magical mondays with Shakira for some time now and have seen such a drastic impact on my mental health, physical health, and overall emotional well being! Best of all, it's not expensive and most events are to benefit good causes! Get involved with habitat!
Warm welcoming studio at back of property. Annawyn is so knowledgeable yet has an ease of guiding through the service without interrupting the deep relaxing space in which I was enveloped. This morning was my first experience with Access Bar Treatment. I finished feeling completely relaxed yet energized. A side benefit, my joints feel loose & pain free. I highly recommend the studio, practitioner and services provided by Habitat Studios.
Habitat Studios offers a variety of healing services - reiki, access bars, yoga and workshops. Annawyn is an amazing healing practitioner that combines her gifts to give a unique and individualized experience. Yoga with Shakira is Magical on Mondays. And all the self-care workshops are great!
