Honestly stunned at how expensive the furniture was here. Couches for $599, chairs for $199, not name brand or anything. Paintings for $200. Tiny table lamps for $25 - I could find better prices at Walmart. It’s wild because I used to volunteer at a Restore. To see prices that high…the people who need these products and furniture most could never afford them.
Largest Habitat I’ve Visited
They have a lot of inventory including one of a kind pieces. However, Williamsburg has a lot of the exact same inventory as Yorktown, but twice as expensive as Yorktown. Honestly, I'd rather make the drive to Yorktown.
So I bought an piano/ organ for cheap in June. I couldn’t fit it in my car so I left it & got busy with work & later forgot about it. In the past I bought items before & changed my mind in which they put credit on a card. I didn’t expect for them to do the same this time seeing as though it’s been 3 months even with the receipt. I inquired today about it anyway which the cashier nicely told me she didn’t think so.
