**In reply to your response: First of all I never asked anyone to hold anything. It would have been great customer service if your employee would have just explained that they can't guarantee the item will be there when I arrive, and checked for me anyway. Instead, I get "I don't know, you will have to come and see for yourself." That came off rude and careless. Also, what if you had 4 or 5 tubs to chose from? Yeah, you can't guarantee they would be there when I arrive but I was literally ready to get in my truck and drive o... read more
Closed without any notification on website in two different locations recently. Signs say open but gate locked and small sign on one locations door. Updating website would be a nice idea for customers convenience. .
