I just purchased a brand new faucet it was $200 at Lowe's I got for $29 and habitat for humanity. I was surprised about all the head in there
The store is always clean and well organized. Even with constantly rotating inventory (furniture) employees take the time to make sure all rows are lined up and there are no empty spaces. We never really know exactly what we are looking for when we come in but the Newport News ReStore makes our search easier. The employees we’ve encountered in our previous purchases have all been helpful and kind. There was a gentleman this past Saturday that helped me when I asked about computer desk chairs. Was very disappointed with the service. I tried showing up to volunteer twice for orientation and both times got blown off and on top of that it seems the coordinator doesn’t care about real life issues
