Terrible! Called to donate several pieces of upscale solid wood furniture (dove tailed etc). They balked at traveling a few miles outside their “area of pickup” but agreed if I would donate several items. I had a friend help me move everything out on the garage pad night before. The morning they were due to arrive I had to call to confirm they were still coming. Then they left the heavy solid wood upscale chest of drawers (that originally retailed for over $2k) because one of the door fronts to the drawer had to be reglued. ... read more
