Mr. Glen Neemar, the Board of Directors, Premier Management — thank you for slowing down the aggressive towing with armed security guards and Towmaxx. It was killing us slowly. The OnCall Parking system raises a lot of privacy concerns, safety concerns, 4th Amendment violations, and data sharing issues. Towmaxx has damaged several residential vehicles. Habitat II HOA has No real purpose and is unnecessary, wasting money and resources. HOA committees are outdated from 40 years ago. Only Management is required & necessary 2026. They run this place like the projects—Project 29. It feels like a jail, dark and low energy everywhere. I really wish I would have checked reviews before I moved in. This place is the WORSE. (HOA ) BIGGEST JOKE OF THEM ALL. I've been complaining for several months. 1st the dog barking continuously morning through night which caused my son to lose a job inwhich he had since 2018. Then there's the domino's games every Tuesday with extremely loud music. Why is 0 not an option Premier Management doing a horrible job. After that 300K bathroom renovation job. The fumigation tent cover that was done two months ago 2025, cost residence thousands of dollars Because they threw out all your groceries meats, medicine, and vitamins.
