I really hate to pile on when I see that this gym already has five stars and so many great reviews, but I feel like Habitat Health and Fitness deserves another one. So grateful I started this journey 6 months ago. The trainers are very professional and supportive. You gain confidence and knowledge but most importantly you gain a family.
I have tried many gyms but this is the only place that works for me! We are family! I have been coming consistently now for 18 months and it has changed my life. The trainers care about your welfare and will encourage you to be better than you were the day before. I really just love it here.
