Every so often, we hear grumbling about pricing - usually that something is too high. I have been going to this restore for years. I’ve noticed over the past 6 months the prices have skyrocketed. We asked why the prices have dramatically increased. They said that they do online research and price half of the value of the items. This might as well be an antique store instead of a thrift store. Defeats the purpose of being a ReStore. There seem to be no more thrift stores left in the Valley.
I enjoy visiting Restore Teays! The ladies who work there are very helpful and kind. I purchased a beautiful chair for $25.
This was not a proper restore. Contractors donate and buy from the restore. This is a high-priced novelty store run by pompous house hoarders. Go to Charleston to see the right way. This location needs to change its name or its management.
