I went to the store the other day, looking for a few specific things. Aiden came and helped me with the item that I was looking for. I am an individual with a disability, and I feel that he went above and beyond when assisting me. Later, while I was looking for something else, Raymond assisted me. He's very friendly, good at what he does, and spent about 15 minutes with me helping me look for the item I wanted. It turned out they didn't have it. Andrew was a huge help! Even though it looked like he was busy with so much, he took the time to help out and get my car loaded up. Nice to see a guy from the back be so helpful up front!

I always have a great shopping experience the Habitat for Humanity Tempe Restore! Mallory, one of the managers, goes above and beyond every time I'm in the store. Shes friendly, helpful and knows the store inside and out. Whether I'm looking for furniture or home improvement items, she's always there to offer great customer service and make sure I find what I need. You can tell she cares about the customers and the mission of the store. If you're in Tempe and haven't checked this place out, you're missing out.

So me and 3 friends decided to check out the store on McClintock and Southern after hearing from a friend that it was a pretty cool store. We all absolutely loved the store! Then what started as a good experience quickly turned to a horribly embarrassing experience. Really sucks because like I said before, we totally loved the store! I couldnt believe it but I literally had an employee come and ask me if I needed help because I had been in the store way too long... this for sure was a the first time I have ever been treated ... read more
