Any time I have gone to the store or call over the phone the ladies are rude. They are not informed and act like they don’t want to talk to anyone. The last time I called the one lady was mouthing me on the side thinking I couldn’t hear it. The ladies shouldn’t be around people who are seeking help.

I feel a lot of their donated merchandise is priced too high. It defeats the purpose of having a store if you your not selling items?

I volunteered as general laborer here briefly, and I can easily say an OSHA inspector would have a field day in there. There was no training despite how heavy lifting was required, there was no accessible fire exit nor did I see or get shown a fire extinguisher, the employee bathroom I cleaned hadn't seen a proper wash in forever according the buildup of dusts and the slow aged, thickened fetid goop I found under the seat. This place is dirty, poorly ran, and overpriced. The manager has a huge anger management problem and yells at her volunteers and customers. The other employees are also grumpy. Please donate and shop elsewhere. The building itself should be condemned.

My husband went to the register while I was still wandering around. The total price was significantly higher than we expected . He asked me about the prices as we left and I added up the items and had a difference of over $40. I asked a worker if she would go over it with me. She immediately said, " I'm telling you right now it's the paint." Despite the prices clearly on the cans at $8- $6- and $5 (the 4th one wasn't marked) they charged us $20 each.
