They don't answer the phone and make people drive for answers.
I've been to dozens of restores all over Canada, this one is by far the most expensive, sad because you could easily move all the donated items in an out so much faster $$ instead of them just sitting outside..
I purchased a kitchen set and a dresser from there yesterday, was told I need to pick it up that day before 6pm. I paid someone with a truck to help me move it, got there shortly after 5pm and the gates were already closed and everyone was gone. I really like this store but it’s not fair to customers if you tell them one thing and do another. Now I have to pay someone again to pick it up today.
