About this business

ReStore is a resale business that sells new and used building materials and home improvement items to the general public. All materials are donated by local retail businesses, building contractors, suppliers and individuals, and are made available for sale to the public at 50% to 90% below retail prices. I have tried dropping off at this location multiple times and they are extremely picky about what they take and don't take and they change their minds about things all the times. The main owner is always extremely rude and grumpy all the time and treats women especially with disrespect. This is a place that takes donations to HELP people. It is ridiculous what this world has turned into when you try to help other people by trying to do good and ... read more

Be prepared to waste your time and effort. I understand and agree they can't take everything, but we hauled a wagon load of perfectly good usable building materials; whole plywood, new faucet brackets, new pipe insulation, new garden edging, others, and they did not take ANY of it. Are you in this business or not?

No frills, but great deals. Looking for home and/or office improvement materials, appliances and home decor at inexpensive prices? Contractors donate excess materials. Businesses donate overstock or everything when they go out of business. And you're supporting a great cause. I visit regularly because new things are put out every day.

These stores are normally a good value and experience. But the people working at this one are so bafflingly rude. It was as if they were really annoyed with me for being there and interrupting their phone time. 🤷‍♀️
