I've donated to Restore locations in multiple states, but I've never had as much trouble donating as I've had at this location. They change closing times without notice (currently they stop accepting after 4pm they just told me even though I dropped off at 4:30 2 weeks ago), but even if you arrive on time, the woman running it may not feel like stirring herself, so you still can't drop off. I wanted to share my experience at Habitat for Humanity because, honestly, this situation really frustrated me. I found an item in a box that looked brand new and took it to the front counter to see if I could buy it. The employee at the counter, who was wearing a hat, looked at it, took a picture of it with his phone, and told me it was $25. We had the pleasure of visiting this location for the first time today. Brandi went the extra mile to track us down in the store as we left something at the register, Paul was enjoyable to interact with, and the merchandise options were plentiful. We will definitely be returning!
Great customer service
Won't be back. Prices are ridiculous to the point you might as well just buy new. Why would I buy a paint brush from you for $8 when I can go to a hardware store for less and have more options. These items were given to you to make money, but they're not making money when they are just sitting on the shelves for months. New items on sale are about the same price.
