Wow some rude rude people who supposedly help with the furniture! So rude talked down to me , as I struggled to put furniture for them to donate . 3 people not one persons lifted a finger until , I asked hey could u help me then they proceeded to have extreme attitude. Sorry first experience was goood , but extremely horrid this time . People who answered the phones are so so nice .
