They claim they help low income families get and keep homes but they want u to get a bank loan and then tell u they don't have funding available after ur home is ready and if ur income falls to low they rip the homes from u! They had us rent the house til funding came available the rent $ didn't go toward the purchase of the home they never mentioned the grant ever again and they said they put $100000 into the home they bought for $1100 they didn't I helped everyday with remodeling it was still falling apart never inspected ... read more
