I have been using Habitat for my snow removal and never. They are usually there early enough to remove the snow. There is a problem when the snow plow does a run on the street fowllowed by the sidewalk plow leaving piles the heavy ice and snow in front of the driveway making it impossible to drive out. The city has never been able to help with that and neither has the driveway snow removal service. This can be a serious problem when the customer (me) has to be at an appointment at a certain time. I have been using Habitat for my snow removal and never had any problems. They have always been there early in the morning, removing snow, The owner even sent someone to dig us out of the snow piled up on the front port after a storm.

Glad to see someone has a good relationship with the owner and operatives, hopefully that means they get decent snow removal service, on a timely basis and if property damage is done by them the own up to it....... because it certainly hasn't been the case for us nor it would appear many of the other customers. I also wish i could give less than one star because frankly they don't even deserve that.
I cannot believe there are any bad reviews about this company. We have used them for many years. After this latest storm which is causing huge problems for everyone (February 12, 2019), Habitat actually sent a guy (apparently the owner's nephew) around to check on properties for any problems and do whatever he could to help clients. We have a row of seven townhouses and one of the owners was stuck. The nephew spent 30 minutes trying to help us clear the lane of the stuck vehicle.
