Im not getting any credit for timely payments. They dont enforce the handbook rules at all. The cops are here a lot and pick n choose blind eye, deaf ear laws prevail. Good Value for money. Diverse community. I appreciate the lenience on rents and assume the fee covers the interim period over a specified amount of time in case of financial emergencies. Rumour has it that it is the County Sanitarium ?
The management is a complete joke and the board members lie. They harass some people over tiny matters and let others get away with destroying property. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Won’t even open the pools but still charge excessive fees. Can’t say enough about how horrible this place is.
Pool needs an attentive lifeguard. Balcony collects water and the downspout freeze in the winter . Not bad here.
