I highly recommend the Fletchair team for their professionalism, competence and outstanding level of customer service. As is not uncommon, our AC at home stopped working during one of the really cold spells. We were advised by another AC company that because the unit was pretty old, we would most probably need to replace it. We are so grateful to James from Fletchair who went out of his way to find a solution to fix the problem so quickly and effectively.
Over the past four years James and his crew have been responsible for the new installation of our ducted air conditioning in our previous home and the ongoing maintenance of our existing system in our new home. During this time he has gone over, above and beyond to ensure that our every need was addressed in a timely and responsive way.
