Mauvaise service de gestion, et question de sante.
Voici l'entrée de notre immeuble, l'endroit où tous les résidents et les employés du bureau passent chaque jour. Ce qui me fascine, c'est qu'après toute la saleté constatée récemment dans l'immeuble, les problèmes de cafards signalés par plusieurs résidents, les souris qui envahissent le secteur, notamment dans d'autres immeubles CAPREIT sur Benny Crescent, personne ne semble juger utile d'intervenir devant l'entrée. Amazing staff and great building! Maintenance and cleanliness is always kept up to date. Good location for building, close to a lot of grocery stores and bus stops. Also have access to a pool and gym!
Area is very accessible to everything within a 5 minute walking distance! Provigo and Maxi up the street, easy access to highway 20. Building maintenance is rapid and efficient. Landlord is always helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend looking to move with CAPREIT again.
