I have been waiting for a parking reimbursement check since September 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. I was told several times that the check had been issued or would be reissued, yet the office repeatedly confirmed they had not received it. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. It is disappointing to experience such a lack of communication and follow-up regarding a simple reimbursement. I hope the management team improves their responsiveness to residents.
