I walked in on a Thursday morning without an appointment and a nice lady at the front greeted me and asked a stylist in the salon behind her if she had time to see me. She said she could in 15 minutes. I waited no more than 15 minutes and the stylist called me to the chair. She was very sweet and listened carefully to what I wanted done with my very curly hair. Her name was Jacqueline and she began to cut my hair. She took her time and then shampoo and conditioned my hair before styling. My hair came out absolutely stunning.... read more

I’ve called this place half a dozen times across different days, at different times, and I CANNOT get someone to pick up the phone. I leave voicemails and no call back. I won’t be calling again - if customer service can’t even pick up the phone then I worry about what I’d get if I went there for a hair service.
