I’ve called this place half a dozen times across different days, at different times, and I CANNOT get someone to pick up the phone. I leave voicemails and no call back. I won’t be calling again - if customer service can’t even pick up the phone then I worry about what I’d get if I went there for a hair service.

I want to preface this by saying that I am not someone who likes to write reviews. I generally tend to praise and tip good work and customer service, and avoid going back to places I don't like. That being said, I'm writing this in hopes that it may save someone some money and really terrible looking hair. My 16 year old saved up $250 to have her hair done. I had grace! She was amazing! So friendly and fast and overall great! I found my forever hairstylist. She was fast. I wasn't even there for 2 hours. I love my hair. I have gone to a lot of hairdressers over the years.And she's by far my favorite. It was one of the cheaper places I have been to. You are looking for a great hairdresser, her name is Grace and you will not be disappointed!
