Would give negative stars if possible. Place is awful: it’s unfathomably disorganized. Front desk workers are incompetent, if you call in for any type of information you are left on hold for a half hour and then immediately hung up on. If there is a line of four people at the front desk when you walk in it takes a good 15-20 minutes to even reach the front desk to see what your hold is for, and then they have you chasing counselors or staff all over the building trying to get your hold cleared. Sucks going everyday but it sucks even more being sick and going to buy drugs everyday and even if you have to pay cash for treatment it's a lot less then a drug habit cost. Plus I have the best counselor!! WANDY
You have to advocate for yourself in here,and STAY ONTOP OF YOUR insurance issues ,overall not the worst place,staff is friendly
I am saddened by some of the terrible reviews below,I would be dead without this place.They have helped me immensely in every way,Bill,Lizzette, my counselor and one of the head guys are always there for me and I could go to them and confide about ANYTHING without fear of repercussions .Jasmine and Wandy run a group I’ve been in for over 5 years and this group is family.The lines stopped being long and your in and out quickly.Lastly the nursing staff including Kim are wonderful and Matt the director always has time for you.E... read more
