Best place!! I've been on methadone since I was 24 off and on I used the hudson clinic which was ok .. but Manchester comprehensive treatment center, is the most amazing caring place. I've been to 7 different clinics all over Massachusetts and let's just say they SUCK!!! You guys are amazing bi can't say bad at all .. thank you for always being there for me .. all the nurses, my counselor who is number 1 . And the Director is the most understanding woman 👠 thank you guys
Update: 5/1/26 Had an orientation meeting today. I spoke to the director Amy, and told her about my work situation and that I need to dose and she wrote a note in the computer. In fact when I started the orientation meeting the lady running the meeting told me that she did see the note from Lyndsey in here about dosing today. Well Shantal/Chantelle thinks she’s above the director or something because she saw me walking in and yelled, “you’re not supposed to be here.” I explained that I spoke to Amy and there should be a note... read more
Been a client here for 5 years and my personal experience has been a pleasant one.. I take accountability for my actions, do what is required, take my recovery seriously, and I dont act entitled and I've never had a problem and no one should if they are doing what they're supposed to be doing. The staff is great especially Beth shes the best, she genuinely cares about all of her clients. I’ve been sober for 3 years and been coming down off medication about to complete program and staff still treat me like junk box.. They are not understanding at all will literally have u relapse after being sober for over 3 years instead giving u 3 days medication to take ur family on vacation honestly it’s sad it’s disappointing and honestly liquid handcuffs.. Horrible treatment of patients. Very mean and angry admin. There has been an influx of patients leaving and going to New Season clinic. They treat addicts like third class citizens here. The nurses are good but the admin staff lacks professionalism and empathy. I am leaving this clinic asap.
