We used to like getting food here in the evening. We would order on the app and pick up and sometimes eat inside. But over the last couple of weeks, we've been unable to order through the app. It takes them a long time to prepare our order, so we don't want to order inside. I hope they fix whatever is going on with the app, but without it, it's a pass for us. Update for Habit: As I try to checkout, the app asks me to pick a time for pickup, but there are no options in the dropdown menu for time to pickup.

I feel really bad for whoever owns this restaurant because the service is terrible. I ordered a pick up order and when I went through the drive-through, an old lady with a Spanish accent said that I couldn’t pick it up through the drive-through, and told me to come inside. So I inconveniently went inside only to find out that they didn’t even have the order ready at all. Then she told me I had to wait 20 minutes. Get a manager in this location that can handle the job. 35-44 minutes for one burger order is pathetic. On numerous occasions that's just what you get. If you order through the drive through you betterhave a full charge or full tank of fuel to sit and wait
