I've been enjoying Habit Burger since their early days in the '80s in Goleta and Isla Vista. Yesterday, I ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich with a side of fries at the Habit Burger in Moorpark, CA. Unfortunately, the sandwich was inedible—I barely ate half of it. It had more batter than chicken, was extremely salty and overcooked, and the watery coleslaw had been hastily slapped onto one side. You almost never have clients and you are constantly delaying orders on doordash.
The fries were way to salty. The quality overall is just not the same. I drive further away to another location.
