Scott was unresponsive and lied about having applied for permits from the city of Rockville. As a result we received a stop work order from the city, and were fined. Work was not up to code and has to be redone. Scott broke into the property without permission to retrieve the tools he left behind. He has a temper, is unprofessional, and needs to be avoided at all cost.

Terrible - totally unprofessional. Did not pull appropriate permits. Does not respond to emails, phone calls or texts. Shoddy work which was not up to code and would not pass inspection. I would have given negative stars if possible. Terrible experience/ completely overpriced. Don’t walk - run to a different contractor!

Scott started the job and has been unresponsive in completing the work. Does not show up on time and is very hard to reach. I would not recommend this headache to anyone. Very unprofessional and has a careless attitude about finishing the work. I absolutely regret we have used him.
