I didn't even get past the secretary before I decided to do business with them. RUDE!! That's definitely one way to lose business, have someone answer the phone that is rude. I didn't even get past Hello, she sounded like she was already tired of answering the phone. How about just get another job instead of projecting your horrible life on other people.
