Was trying to be a loyal customer, but it is too difficult to get appointments or change them when something comes up. They have so many customers they don’t have to be nice or flexible because they’re making enough money to satisfy themselves. But as for me,…Not really worth the trouble anymore no matter how well they do. All nail techs aren’t equal! The best person for NAILS and design is Rosibel and for pedicures, ask for Orlanda. If you can tolerate the inconsistency, you will be fine.

I had high expectations coming into this nail salon, hoping to get a custom set based on a photo I provided. The stylist agreed to do the design, but when it came time to execute, the necessary supplies were no longer available. I ended up agreeing to a simple French oval shape, which was fine, but I was still charged $100 for something that should’ve been a much lower price. This review is bittersweet for me. I visited the salon on a referral. It is important to note that technicians today are more inclined towards artistic nail work rather than the low-quality acrylic nails found at some establishments. I had an appointment that I had to cancel because I was unwell with the flu and stomach bug. The nail technician had texted me to inform me that she was also unwell. Consequently, I canceled.
