i had high expectations for the nail salon near my house. the 2 people who did my sister and me nails didn't know any english. and had to have another woman translate into their language. while doing my nails, my sister got burned, and bled. and mine got burned too, she filed down my real nails, and i pulled my hand back because it hurt, then she demonstrated that it didn't hurt so don't pull your hand back. my nails were uneven, even tilted to one side, and so were my brother's nails. we were very disappointed. but we still... read more

Was trying to be a loyal customer, but it is too difficult to get appointments or change them when something comes up. They have so many customers they don’t have to be nice or flexible because they’re making enough money to satisfy themselves. But as for me,…Not really worth the trouble anymore no matter how well they do. All nail techs aren’t equal! The best person for NAILS and design is Rosibel and for pedicures, ask for Orlanda. If you can tolerate the inconsistency, you will be fine.

I had high expectations coming into this nail salon, hoping to get a custom set based on a photo I provided. The stylist agreed to do the design, but when it came time to execute, the necessary supplies were no longer available. I ended up agreeing to a simple French oval shape, which was fine, but I was still charged $100 for something that should’ve been a much lower price.
