Always good service, the nail tech Eleine always does a great job with my nails. She takes her time and always ask me do I like my nails.

The nail technician was very rough while filing my nails and actually caused small cut on the side of my nails. She also failed to properly remove the acrylic residue from underneath my nails, which left me in pain. I specifically asked her to remove it, and she acted like she did, but the residue was still there. To make matters worse, I was charged $169 for a very simple nail design($90 manicure + $75 pedicure + tax). I’ve been coming to this salon for almost 2 years and they do do a good job. But THEY IVER CHARGE I pay about $65-75 for my LONG depending on designs. I got the shortest nails today and they had the nerve to charge me $65 and still expect a tip. Then the owner ROSIE want to say they changed prices a couple months ago when I was jus here 3 weeks ago.
