Rob has been an amazing trainer. I have a lot of injuries and he has developed plans that work for me to strengthen those areas without hurting them. He listens to my goals and is helping me achieve them! I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
Returning to the gym after a break felt daunting, but Rob made the transition seamless. He is incredibly patient, supportive, and brings an energy that makes every workout genuinely fun. If you are looking to get in shape without the intimidation, Rob is your guy!

Rob is amazing! I went from not lifting a weight in maybe 7 or 8 years to actively looking forward to my sessions every week! He listens to your goals and knows exactly what to do to help you reach them. I would recommend him to anyone!!
I highly recommend Habib Health and Fitness for all of your fitness needs. Rob has helped me transform my body and rehab an injury in just a few months. He incorporates physical therapy into my workouts while maintaining strength training. Rob’s been very patient letting me work at my own pace while gently encouraging me to elevate my workouts. I have progressed quickly with my injury and gaining muscle through Rob’s knowledge and guidance. To top it off he’s genuinely a great guy how cares for his clients.
