Rob is an excellent trainer and motivator. He pushes his clients enough to reach new levels of fitness while respecting the fact that we have to be able to lift our arms above our heads or walk for the rest of the day. He also gives excellent advice on ways to achieve weight loss goals. His scheduling is pretty flexible, too. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to get fit and lose weight.

Rob’s knowledge and love for training is tremendous. He listens to YOU! He sets goals for you based on what you want to achieve. He really cares about his clients and wants you to reach your goals just as much as you do. I know I will be getting a great workout every time - he knows how to motivate you. He is willing to help you with nutrition and will even develop a work out (either gym or home) for you to do on your own if you want. If you are in the fence about getting started - just do it - you will not regret it!!!
It obvious Rob knows personal training. Always switching things up each workout session keeps things interesting for me which I like. If you want results, listen to his advice and tackle the exercises one at a time. Thanks for helping me be healthier.
