I started working with Rob after several years of being away from strength training. He took the time to figure out where I was at and what my goals were--plus he focused our sessions on exercises that I could replicate in my home gym. Highly recommend!
Rob is amazing to work with. I find it fascinating how he knows how to warm up certain areas while allowing others areas to recover. I feel like I get the maximum amount of workout in an hour!
My 12 year old son has been working with Rob for the last few years and has loved it! He has a lot of fun while getting in a great workout.
