If you truly want the absolute BARE minimum effort from a lawyer and pay $2600. Mark habib is your guy. Hes just...weak. you want a lawyer who will fight for you but he just...wont? Took our realtor to call him out on his laziness to get him to reply to an email from the sellers lawyer...not gonna go back to him.
