I was assured multiple times by the staff that I would not be charged for a follow up bloodwork that they gave the wrong order for, yet they went ahead and billed me anyway. When I followed up, no one in the office seemed to understand their own billing or follow consistent procedures — every person had a different story, and no one took ownership. Absolutely amazing doctor who is very knowledgeable, concerned about his patients, and takes his time to explain “in layman’s terms” what he is recommending and why. Would highly recommend him if you want a honest, compassionate, and very smart doctor.
I was looking for the right internist upon moving to Virginia and lucky to choose him as my doctor. I find Dr. Chotani a caring and highly qualified doctor, his office staff is efficient and responsive. He patiently spent much time with me at my first visit, carefully studying my prior health reports to understand my needs to diagnose proper treatment. He followed up later to ensure my good health. I highly recommend him as a family doctor.
