Flavorful food, warm and friendly staff, gorgeous space. Came here for dinner and loved the vegetarian options. Highly recommended!

First time visiting Connecticut and decided to try Ethiopian cuisine. I’m hear to tell you that it did not disappoint! Yossi greeted us with the warmest smile, and provided us with TRUE HOSPITALITY. He answered all of our questions and provided us with great service which made the experience 5 stars. We tried the mango juice and honey lemonade to start. They were both delicious. If you are to order from their food truck, just make sure they give you the proper order. The man running the truck at the Savin rock festival screamed at me after I mentioned he didn’t give me what I ordered. He could’ve told me when I ordered they don’t serve it on the truck. He also tried to charge me $10 for a lemonade when it said on the truck they were 3.50.
Six of us had a wonderful meal at Habesha that included sambusas, a meat platter for 4, and vegetarian platter for 2. The flavors were perfection and the presentation was beautiful. We were greeted warmly by our knowledgeable server.
