Ara is THE BEST Spin instructor. Hopefully they’ll listen to members and put a spin bike on the cardio floor. 🚴
Has towel service but the towels are not large enough for anything other than wiping down a machine. Make sure to pack one.
Get here before 5 ... After school and after work crowds use all the machines!
SPIN CLASSES! Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday at Noon. All are excellent! See ya there!
Avoid the crowd from 5 to 6:30 pm.
Try the new treadmills they are great!
Gotta workout if you eat fries and cake the same day! Cardio!
