Hats off to Dr Ethan Rogers! Went in as recommended by quick care for what they thought was a medical emergency and Dr. Rogers quickly alleviated my worries. Very grateful he was working today! The entire staff was kind and helpful.
I was in the ICU unit and the guy I want to shout out to Jed in respiratory therapy him and Matt. They made me feel at ease and just wonderful people.. y'all have 2 of the best rite there with y'all on habersham
Thankful for Eli in the ER! He had the best bedside manner & was so gentle with my tiny veins. I had never been to the hospital or ER and he went above and beyond to make me and my family comfortable. My sonographer was also incredible, I wish I could remember her name. Thank you NGHS Demorest ER for the great care!
Overall it was great. They struggled a bit with a pediatric blood draw, but otherwise no complaints. Everyone was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They listened to our hunches and found another small issue that needed treatment. I'll update this if anything sketchy happens regarding insurance claims.
I'm not typically one to write reviews, but my experience with Josh was exceptional. My doctor sent me to the emergency room, suspecting a pulmonary embolism from a recent surgery. Upon arrival, the emergency room was chaotic, but Josh made me feel at ease. Despite my concerns about the contrast dye in the CT scan, Josh's attentiveness and reassurance calmed my nerves.
