I came in because I was in a ton of pain and when the PA came into my room, I was asked if I could be recorded for "my chart" which I politely declined. I was coming from a rehabilitation program and was treated like a I was a Dr shopping junkie, which couldn't be further from the truth. I am sober. Staff was very prompt. Took us right in. Got to see a doctor quickly. We didn't have to pay. I advise too be patient, & kind. Note: If they are packed with patients, you will have to wait. Don't be rude. They do best they can. Excellent service, & I support all.

I came in for a knee injury it was swollen and I couldn't walk they ran me into two doors a wall and kicked my hurt leg after that I was told they had no clue what was wrong handed me an Ace bandage and a bill for two grand

I put up a review yesterday and it was taken down. It was completely true. I had just gotten released from brain surgery at NEGA hospital in Gainesville. By the time I got home my foot was swollen and I couldn't walk on it. My doctor said to go to Habersham ER and do an ultrasound to check for blood clots. I took an ambulance. When I got there I was ignored in the waiting room for a while. They put a blood pressure cuff on me and systolic was 2II. My fiancé and I were directed to the ER after visiting Cleveland Urgent for kidney pain. They said she might be in kidney failure so she should go to the hospital. Once we got to the hospital we sat in the waiting room for about 45 minutes and then were directed to “overfill” which was a bed in the middle of the hallway.
