I put up a review yesterday and it was taken down. It was completely true. I had just gotten released from brain surgery at NEGA hospital in Gainesville. By the time I got home my foot was swollen and I couldn't walk on it. My doctor said to go to Habersham ER and do an ultrasound to check for blood clots. I took an ambulance. When I got there I was ignored in the waiting room for a while. They put a blood pressure cuff on me and systolic was 2II. My fiancé and I were directed to the ER after visiting Cleveland Urgent for kidney pain. They said she might be in kidney failure so she should go to the hospital. Once we got to the hospital we sat in the waiting room for about 45 minutes and then were directed to “overfill” which was a bed in the middle of the hallway. A man who introduced himself as Doctor Taylor began asking a few normal questions to decide the path of treatment. We have lived here in White county since 2016 and we have used this ER one time with less than great results . Our Pharmacist ,Curt , told us to give them another try as it is part of NGMC . I needed some bloodwork done so off we went . The difference from our last visit was obvious the moment we walked in . We were greeted right away and vitals taken , we were then taken back to our room . my cousin went in for not being able to walk, sit, or use the bathroom. he has scoliosis and something is wrong with his spine. he was brought in my an ambulance due to pain. his neurosurgeon requested an mri and they didn't want to do it because they didn't wanna "deal with it" on a Sunday night. he got sent home after they said they couldn't do anything.

I had to make a trip to the ER and I had a pleasant staff the whole time I was here. Very clean as well. Trips to the ER are never fun but it makes things better when you have a fantastic staff! Keep up the good work everyone!
