Overall it was great. They struggled a bit with a pediatric blood draw, but otherwise no complaints. Everyone was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They listened to our hunches and found another small issue that needed treatment. I'll update this if anything sketchy happens regarding insurance claims.

I'm not typically one to write reviews, but my experience with Josh was exceptional. My doctor sent me to the emergency room, suspecting a pulmonary embolism from a recent surgery. Upon arrival, the emergency room was chaotic, but Josh made me feel at ease. Despite my concerns about the contrast dye in the CT scan, Josh's attentiveness and reassurance calmed my nerves. I came in because I was in a ton of pain and when the PA came into my room, I was asked if I could be recorded for "my chart" which I politely declined. I was coming from a rehabilitation program and was treated like a I was a Dr shopping junkie, which couldn't be further from the truth. I am sober. Staff was very prompt. Took us right in. Got to see a doctor quickly. We didn't have to pay. I advise too be patient, & kind. Note: If they are packed with patients, you will have to wait. Don't be rude. They do best they can. Excellent service, & I support all.
