Been coming to this er since I was a kid. Like most ER’s there will always be a wait but I always get quality care . Thank you guys
Didn't take us seriously and didn't acknowledge the test results we had already done and showed them. They aren't concerned with the patient only with the flow of customers.
Said all tests were fine until we confronted them with the mychart results. They back peddled and rephrased and said there is nothing they can do. It was for a very painful overactive gallbladder. They said because it wasn't actively inflamed and emergent insurance wouldn't pay. We said ok we will pay out of pocket and they refused and sent us away. No pain meds or help.
Hats off to Dr Ethan Rogers! Went in as recommended by quick care for what they thought was a medical emergency and Dr. Rogers quickly alleviated my worries. Very grateful he was working today! The entire staff was kind and helpful.
