Terrible customer service! You will wait forever to talk to anyone and then you will be talked to like you are stupid. Never get their prepaid plan unless absolutely necessary. It never displays correctly until it goes negative and then you litterally have a couple of minutes from the time they send an email saying it is negative to turn off time. Then you pay it and they turn it back on whenever they feel like it. Definitely wish there was a better option for power companies where I live!,

I don't understand we are always last to get our power back on when there's been a power outage. Me and a couple of our neighbors power comes and on a different line then the neighbors at the top of our street and there's been so many times that the Neighbors at the top of our road have power and it's another day or so before we ever get power. Moved and Habersham EMC never sent me my final bill or refund of deposit. Their customer service is a joke, over 15 minutes wait time to talk with a representative. Spoken to rudely as if I was a child. Still no mail from them after 30 days, asked to have stop payment made 9 days ago and no one submitted the claim. They don't know any time frames, they don't know anything about customer service. Maybe it's a lack of professional training as a whole or maybe they truly don't value their existing or prior customers.
