I called about getting an A/C diagnostic and was promptly given an appointment less than a week away, which was terrific. On the day of the appointment I was running a little behind schedule and repeatedly phoned the business to let them know I was likely to arrive 25 minutes late...but none of my calls went through (one busy signal, two extended ringings with no pickup). Nice guy, looked at my car found the problem with my door, ordered the part. When the part came in called and installed the part. Works great, would recommend this guy for your car if you need service.

Mr. Habermann always finds out what the real issue is and then follows up at future visits to make sure everything is running just right. Over the years, he has also taught me a number of things to keep my vehicle running its best between visits. In the past, I was not comfortable going to the mechanics on my own. I wasn't very informed on car maintenance and I was afraid of being overcharged because of my lack of knowledge.
