Après avoir donné un avis médiocre je me rétracte car la compagnie m'a offert de remplacer la porte de notre réfrigérateur et dont les piéces n'étaient pas disponibles. Alors merci d'avoir pris notre dossier en charge et d'avoir réglé notre problème !
Nous avons acheté deux réfrigérateurs Habco.Cela fait seulement 3 ans que nous les avons et déjà 2 poignées de porte on brisées et 1 charnière de porte. La porte en verre est tombé sur une employée...très mauvaise expérience d'achat. Nous sommes déçu de la piètre qualité du produit.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a cooler that they said was in stock. Paid for it. Told it would be shipped in 2 weeks, a bit of a wait but I accepted it because they are a Canadian company. Delivery day rolls around, no cooler, call them and they say there’s been a production issue, will deliver next week. Next week no cooler, call again they assure me it will be delivered the following week because they are in stock now. I said that what you told me when I ordered.
