If you are shopping for a Mini, you must go here! There are plenty of vehicles to test drive. The staff is over the top knowledgeable, accommodating, and sincere. I never felt pressured.
The service department is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. The platform they use to make appointments online is unreliable and unstable. The call center lacks communication. The service manager Pete Mitchell is not receptive to the clients concerns responding with sarcasm and lacking any empathy for the inconveniences the service department creates because of poor management. The technicians are careless and when they damage the cars they lack honesty and responsibility to inform the clients and resolve the issues.... read more
This service department always disappoints. Wait times are terrible - this last trip, I was waiting over an hour just to drop my car off and another 45 mins to pick it up. They have a dozen advisors, most just clicking away on their computers with no customers while you sit and wait. Service manager was sitting on what was clearly personal calls the entire time I was waiting. Kept the car for 2 full days to do an oil change and I had to call at 4pm the second day to get an update. Why is it like this?
