Dr. Habashy and her staff are wonderful and the office is a clean inviting space. Dental anxiety and financial constraints have kept myself and I'm sure many others from obtaining necessary dental care. They have been nothing but kind and understanding throughout the process and I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance.
First, the phone call to make my appointment......Cindy was professional, kind, welcoming and efficient. Upon arrival, I was greeted pleasantly and taken care of immediately. The office is clean and inviting. The hygienist was an incredible woman, very knowledgeable, kind, capable, gentle, attentive and welcoming. Dr. Habashy exhibited all of the traits listed above. The entire office staff is very warm, friendly and welcoming. Office is very clean and sterile. Would definitely recommend.
The smell of the office is awful. It gave me in instant headache. Also they assume that you don't have insurance (even when you tell them on the initial call) and try to charge you out of pocket BEFORE your visit. Apparently can't even verify insurance same day. Never had this happen at ANY dentist I've ever been to in my life. It's completely unheard of. I should have listened to all the bad reviews this place had because they were not exaggerating. This is by far the best dental experience that I have you ever had in a while. The front staff was exceptional Sophia greeted me with a huge smile. Cindy took time to learn how to pronounce my name correctly before I got to the office. Dr. Cynthia H. took time to talk to me, not about what was going on with my teeth, I got a free "venting session". How can I forget Altha she was so patient and gentle Her conversation with me were meaningful. I look forward to returning very soon for my follow-up visit. Blessings
