Exceptional craftsmanship
I own a construction company in Richmond Virginia and have known Jay Holloway the contractor at Habalis for almost 30 years. Jay is a wonderful craftsman I remember just after high school he built a wooden boat by hand a task I would never think of taking on. I showed their people around the house twice, but they would never return my calls after that, which wasn’t cool. Maybe they’re busy and/or selective about which projects they accept. Maybe they prefer longer, large-scale restoration jobs. But I can only guess, because they wouldn’t respond to tell me. Meanwhile the house developed progressively worse water damage over the 7 months I tried to get an estimate. I will change this review if they ever contact me.
