Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Do you feel that you made progress during your sessions with this psychiatrist? Definitely not. I feel worse than I did before I started Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Absolutely. They were extremely condescending and demeaning Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
