We have had several issues of poor quality, craftsmanship, and customer service from HAAS. We have tried calling and sending emails prior to sending this review. We now have no faith in them even honoring their warranty since they have told us on multiple emails that they would get back to us and have never responded. Poor craftsmanship on several cabinets: the supports just fall off due to staples not being installed properly and lack of glue. Several shelves were split down the middle. Worst decsion ever - Haas used the wrong activator when mixing the paint - Cabinet paint is cracking and peeling. Haas failed to find this problem until after I kept calling Baileys to identify issue after issue. Finally, Baileys had to hire an independent refinisher to strip the cabinets down to bare wood to refinish with the correct paint.
Absolute horrible experience. Over 60% of cabinets came damaged, heavy drip marks, chipped paint and dirt/ debris in paint. We were without a kitchen for over a month because of their negligence. Even when the new cabinets were shipped half of those ones were still damaged and the cabinet installers had to make repairs to my $10,000 cabinets just so we could finally get our kitchen put together and not have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks. We ordered 20 cabinets (approx. $9000 worth on a good sale) in December 2015 and went with Haas because we believed they were a reputable company for quality and service. Cabinets were over 2 weeks late from the given delivery date which we were given. When the cabinets did come in all but 1 had either shipping damage or there was a flaw or something wrong with the quality. 19 issues out of 20 - not good.
