Buyers beware: Haas Tooling has one of the strictest return policies I’ve encountered. Returns are only accepted within 7 days of purchase, and after that you’re required to contact Haas directly to even request a return. On top of that, there is a 20% restocking fee. In my experience, customer service was also difficult to reach and not very helpful. I recommend reviewing their return policy carefully before placing an order.
i have been trying to get in touch with Haas to simply return an item . i have left 3 messages as instructed over the past week with no contact yet! not very good customer service!
