I didnt even get to have my appointment. Billing waited until TWO HOURS before my appointment to call me and tell me that my insurance wasnt going through. Then tell me they had no referral on file for me. When I corrected them and said I know for a fact my PCP had sent a referral a month ago, 1)because I got the notification in MyChart, and 2) because I wouldnt have even made the appointment unless the office called me to ask me to schedule because they RECEIVED a referral. Cervical spine surgery on 4/3/25. Came out of surgery with no pain in the arms and no numbness in my hands. So very thanks to Dr. Ilyas
Having Dr. Llyas perform my back surgery was the best decision I could have ever made. I'm no longer in any kind of pain, my scars have healed nicely and I'm recovering very well, thank you so much doc, I appreciate you making my life pain free.
