Dr Kong is amazing. So very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.
I'm confused and shocked by the positive comments. My initial appointment was filled with a lack of compassion or listening, and I felt like the doctor was trying to blame me instead of help. I was overcharged. And then, to get my blood results, they tried to charge me again for a 'consult', which was the dr. calling me, saying "Your blood results are fine" and then pushing me off the phone. Dr Marlene was not friendly or welcoming, cold in manner and seemed disinterested during the consult. Showed no care or patient rapport. I will not be returning However, dietician Dr Helen is the only reason I will attend the clinic. Dr Helen is kind, caring and has persevered with me when it hasn’t been easy. Absolute professional who is passionate about what she does.
Rubbish communication and Dr Kong was so late I just had to leave without seeing her. Can’t you tell your patients you are running an hour late? Why do doctors act like only their time is precious.
