Excellent service all round
If you’re looking for a female doctor I would NOT recommend Dr Kong! I’m absolutely appalled at her lack of care, empathy, pushing pharmaceuticals on me in our first visit, then refusing to follow my past doctors advice. I moved to the area hoping to find a decent female Dr, but because of her arrogance and blatant rudeness I’ll happily drive the 40+ minutes to my old Dr. The practice doesn’t have a bathroom either so you’re expected to walk around the building and go to a disgusting public toilet out with the rubbish bins. ... read more
Dr Marlene kong needs to be removed from being a doctor absolutely should not call herself a doctor. Disgusted and unfortunately now has turned me off the whole Practice
Best experience! From Reception to the nurse and Dr Kong. Not rushed, and a friendly vibe all around.
This was my first visit at this surgery I found all the staff were exceptional. Very happy with Dr Kong. Thank you everyone
