HORRIBLE Company! Phone numbers are disconnected or often times forwarded to phishing scams. They do not respond to any emails. They sent a defective item, and I'm out almost $200. They got the wrong person angry. Not only will I make sure that these negative reviews will be available everywhere on the web. I am going to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and initiate a small claims lawsuit because I found similar warranty claims being rejected by reading other reviews. Worst place every. Tried calling 25 times left messages to no response. Filed a claim though Wells Fargo for a return. They fought that big time. And still would not call me back. Sent me a steam mop refurbished and it came 35 day after order. Broken and cracked. Called 15 times and no response from them. Do not but from this company Do not buy from them Do not
Can I give a zero? DO NOT BUY ANY HAAN PRODUCT. This is the worst customer service possible. We ordered a replacement tank from Haan, which cracked, and returned it within 30 days. Three months later, they will not send a new tank or refund us the money.
One star is too high, tried getting help from customer service and was told to go to Amazon to see if they have what I neef
A Total Waste of Time Hi Missy and Roger, This is my 8th follow-up since my first contact with Haan. Still no instructions on how to get the water pump for my SI-70R that your corporate group approved and never sent instructions of how to order/pay. Guess I have no choice but to trash the Haan steam cleaner and go buy another brand.
