We had a very good experience dealing with Dean at Hakkon for a gas leak. He arrived promptly, was friendly, professional and most importantly knowledgeable and took his time to ensure a job well done.
This company’s customer service is beyond dysfunctional. Call their listed number, and you’ll be met with a bizarre loop—the system insists you’ve reached a “new number” while simultaneously confirming you’re calling the same one. It’s been this way for four months. If this is how they handle their own phone system, imagine how they handle their actual business. I wouldn’t use them by choice.
Charges for every visit but does not guarantee a fix. Customer service communication can drop off suddenly and no reply. Would not recommend for any residential services.
