I'd like to send a shout out to Andrew at Haakon for helping me with a minor plumbing problem at Cardston Court. I'd has someone in previously and they were unable to fix it, but Andrew and the problem resolved in less than half an hour. His expertise, outgoing personality and smile made it one of the best customer service experiences I can remember. Thanks a bunch Andrew.

We had a very good experience dealing with Dean at Hakkon for a gas leak. He arrived promptly, was friendly, professional and most importantly knowledgeable and took his time to ensure a job well done.

This company’s customer service is beyond dysfunctional. Call their listed number, and you’ll be met with a bizarre loop—the system insists you’ve reached a “new number” while simultaneously confirming you’re calling the same one. It’s been this way for four months. If this is how they handle their own phone system, imagine how they handle their actual business. I wouldn’t use them by choice.
