Haaker Equipment company in La Verne made it a very pleasant experience for me. The shop was immaculate, especially for the types of vehicles they work on. I had some parts questions and a technician named Connor asked if I had been helped yet. He was a very polite & professional young man & he actually answered the questions I had. Very happy with the service all around.
I recently took my vCamMX-2 Mini Camera to HAAKER for service, expecting professional and fair service based on their reputation. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was charged over $900 for a repair that, after some research and confirmation, should have cost around $300. This price discrepancy was shocking, especially after realizing HAAKER is not an authorized repair shop for Vivax Metrotech products, which was not disclosed to me at the time of service. Delivered an Elgin street sweeper here. It was really tight but it will be better if you back in from the street I did it the hard way but they guys were really cool about it and were very helpful I stayed overnight outside on the street didn’t have any problem
