Haaker Equipment company in La Verne made it a very pleasant experience for me. The shop was immaculate, especially for the types of vehicles they work on. I had some parts questions and a technician named Connor asked if I had been helped yet. He was a very polite & professional young man & he actually answered the questions I had. Very happy with the service all around.
I recently took my vCamMX-2 Mini Camera to HAAKER for service, expecting professional and fair service based on their reputation. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was charged over $900 for a repair that, after some research and confirmation, should have cost around $300. This price discrepancy was shocking, especially after realizing HAAKER is not an authorized repair shop for Vivax Metrotech products, which was not disclosed to me at the time of service.
