Haake must have such a poor reputation and displeased customer base that they insist on harassing legitimate businesses with spam emails regularly. Poor business practice certainly reflects on their company, and I highly suggest considering any other alternatives than dealing with these people.

Have Britton from Factur stop spamming me. That company is a nuisance and it reflects poorly on anyone who would stoop to doing business with them.
