Dean is thorough, and you can tell he cares about doing right by the customer. I dropped off my Audi with some apparent electrical system issues last week, and after initial checks of the vehicle didn’t flag anything, he spent time deeply researching different potential causes for the unusual behavior. He was more than fair about the eventual resolution and I would absolutely recommend this shop.
